You can mix in any amount of tinctures to your water. You can also put it directly under the tongue but many people find this too strong.

– Daily supplement 1 dropper 2x daily
– Pain relief- 2 droppers every 2-3 hours as needed for pain
– At first sign of illness you can take a dropper full every 2-3 hours the first day and 2 droppers full 2x daily.
– Topical
Add a dropper full to a tablespoon of coconut oil (or other carrier oil) and apply to skin
