Natural remedies can be tailored to each individual person. You can start low to see how well you tolerate each one. Simply add 1–60 drops of the tincture to water, tea or juice. You can mix in any amount of tinctures to your water. You can also put it directly under the tongue but many people find this too strong.

– Daily supplement 1 dropper 2x daily
– Pain relief- 2 droppers every 2-3 hours as needed for pain
– At first sign of illness you can take a dropper full every 2-3 hours the first day and 2 droppers full 2x daily.
– Topical
Add a dropper full to a tablespoon of coconut oil (or other carrier oil) and apply to skin
